Rockbridge Inn

We traveled in for the 611 excursion and struggled to find a place with any availability until we came across Rockbridge Inn. The inn appeared to have some recent updates. Easy check in, clean rooms and comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

True blue roadside motel. Our room was clean and spacious. The bedand pillows were comfortable. We felt safe. Although out of the actual town of Lexington it was only a five minute ride away. It would be a repeat stay if we were in the area again.

Wonderful vintage motel with spacious, tastfully renovated rooms, a nice countryside view and a personable, knowledgeable host who was gracious about our late arrival. We look forward to staying here again!

If I could clone this hotel and take it everywhere with me, I’d be very happy! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was really nice, especially for the price, and it was so quiet and safe. There were upgrades in the room that obviously cost extra and were really nice to have, like good curtains with grommets, an extended shower curtain, and a dedicated workspace. I loved staying here and would definitely do so again! Obviously my kitty loved it, too.

I had such a wonderful stay here, I booked again on my return trip. Was taking a 13 Hour trip and Rockbridge Inn and Lexington was the perfect place to stop. The inn was very accommodating, as I had booked the wrong day but they fixed it over the phone no problem. Both rooms had wonderful TV's. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was in a nice quiet area about 5 or so minutes from the main part of Lexington. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff and entire experience was wonderful.

There's a lot to say about this place. My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary. We randomly chose Lexington and therefore Rock bridge Inn. I notified the staff that we were celebrating and they did not disappoint. I asked for wife's favorite bubbles to be in the room...there. they also provided a cute bag of random goodies. The room had recently been updated and was very cozy. Super convenient to downtown Lexington and all the food and drink and shopping. Not really walkable, but a short 5 minute drive straight to parking. We highly recommend giving this place a stay. Short drive to Natural Bridge and lots of other outdoor activities. Thank you to the staff! And sorry about our late night shenanigans...

We’ve stayed at Rockbridge Inn three times now, and it’s always been a great experience. I like supporting locally owned hotels—they’re more welcoming and don’t have the drawbacks of big chains. The rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are clean, and the prices are fair. The best part is the location: just five minutes from town, but far enough to avoid the noise, bright lights at night and rowdy guests you might find elsewhere. The hotel sits off the highway and above the valley, so you get amazing views of the sunrise, sunset, and night sky. It’s very quiet, except for the occasional hum of cars passing in the valley. Whenever I visit Lexington, this is where I stay.

Needed a place to stay for a weekend overnight trip and this was perfect. So many locations in the area were overpriced but this was affordable, clean, and fresh. Front desk was extremely helpful and the rooms were perfect for a quick overnight stay. No frills, but spotless, fresh, and good WiFi / streaming TV.
